The 4th Annual Baltimore County Public Schools HBCU College Fair
This annual event is open to current BCPS students who are interested in learning more about post-secondary options at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Our district invited a number of schools so students can research large and small or public and private options for a wide variety of majors and scholarship opportunities.
Our 7500+ seniors will have access college information, workshops, a panel and individual college rep appointments. Instant admission may be available with select institutions. We currently have 30 HBCU’s confirmed and more to come!
Students can apply to the institutions using the Common Black College Application (apply to 55 HBCU’s for $20), Common Application, or using institutional applications. Students who are interested in instant admissions are encouraged to have their application submitted at least one week before the fair. College reps will not be able to review and make decisions for application packets submitted the week of the fair.
Need Help? In advance of the college fair, English teachers and school counselors are available to support you through the application process. During the fair, we’ll have an “Ask Me” Google Meet open for you to get help throughout the fair.
